Rev Scott Kelly had a Service of Closure of Ministry at the Trinity Uniting Church, Muswellbrook on Wednesday 3 April 2024. Scott has been a chaplain at a number of NSW prisons for a good many years and has retired now after having worked at St Heliers, Muswellbrook since 2016.

On retirement Corrective Services NSW often present workers and volunteers with an Honour Board in recognition of their service to both staff and inmates. NSW is the only State/Territory in Australia which makes such a presentation. Scott (left) is presented with his Honour Board by Wayne Cook, Coordinator Prison Chaplains NSW.
