Timings: Friday 5pm 19th – Sunday 1pm 21st July 2024
Please aim to arrive early to enable check-in. Light dinner 5pm, training commences 6pm.
Please aim to arrive 4-4.30ish for registration and settling in.
Venue: Golden Grove, 5 Forbes St, Newtown
Google maps will get you there.
This is a live-in weekend, alcohol free with restricted smoking areas. No non-prescribed drugs or lighting of candles in buildings.
Accommodation is limited twin share, single rooms both with ensuites.
Most rooms are shared bathroom for shared or single rooms.
Please nominate your preference. First in first served basis. Towels and linen provided.
Transport: By car: allow extra time because of the Friday peak hour traffic in the area.
Air/rail: Central Station is the best station for the venue.
See the NSW Transport web site, trip planner section to find the easiest bus route from Central to Newtown.
Catering: Except Friday dinner, meals will be delivered takeaway. Breakfast is Continental.
Should you have special dietary requirements you will need to bring your own, suitable for microwave.
