The Mid North Coast held its 6th Short Course for Women at the Mid North Coast Correctional Centre in November where the Holy Spirit was evident, working amongst the lives of the participants. The following are comments received from recent course:

Personal Feedback
- Gained some insight. Had heard about Kairos from others and heard how others had received from Kairos and began to think that maybe I am worthy. Encouraged ladies to share with others. Said God had brought us together. Encouraged team to keep going and not to stop sharing.
- Came not expecting to stay. Had eyes opened to God. God opened doors. Glad she came.
- Thanks for Jesus, Third year memorial of mother’s death today. Found support from her peers, had fun sharing together
- This week has changed my future. Now going in the opposite direction to what she had planned
- Thanks girls. Lost her Nan this week. Sending her off with prayer knowing God’s got me
- In and out of gaol. Lord has spoken to me and now making changes this time.
- Thanking everyone. Christ has been in and out of her life. Turned away from Him many times but found His warmth here. Thankful. God in our darkest days shines His life into ours.
- Likes the course and will recommend it to others
- Roman Catholic background, only attend church for funerals and weddings or when made to go. Found this week to be more fun. Appreciated it.
