In memory of Francis Carrol who went to be with Jesus in glory on 14 March 2024.
Following his retirement as Archbishop of the Canberra – Goulburn Diocese, Francis Carroll returned to Wagga Wagga where he continued his valued support for the Kairos Prison Ministry.
Well known to a lot of Kairos Junee Inside Teams; Inmates and Staff: all referred to him as ‘Father Frank.
He consistently attended the Junee Journey Program as long as his health allowed. Greatly missed
