On the 4th – 6th August, 13 KO volunteers from Sydney, North Coast, New England, South East Queensland and Canberra attended an AKT workshop at the Golden Grove Conference Centre in Newtown.
The training program included KO program materials presented by three AKT trainers, KO Ezra presented by Jan Syme and a music workshop presented by Gill Begbie. The workshop was excellently presented and very well received by everyone.
The AKT was hosted by KO Sydney. Special thanks to Gill Begbie and her organising team for looking after our accommodation, meals and conference room. Thanks also to Coraine, Deni, Joan, Rebecca, Jan and Gill for the excellent presentations.
I was privileged to have been able to spend the three days with everyone. It reminded me of why I love the ministry so much.
