As Kairos Prison Ministry Australia celebrates 30 years of ministry, a year-long effort has captured the story of how it all began. Initiated by Vern Harvey who later entrusted the task to Terry Clancy, Chair of the 30th Celebration Committee, this record is now available on the Kairos website.
Terry spoke with original team members who travelled to the US to witness Kairos firsthand, as well as those involved in the first Australian program. Terry also captures how Kairos was started back in the United States. It’s a fascinating read and we encourage you to take some time to enjoy the inspiring story of Kairos.
We extend our thanks to Terry for his diligent efforts in compiling this information, which will remain a valuable resource for years to come. Praise and honour to God for His goodness and faithfulness for all the lives changed from the inside out – Participants, Guests and our Volunteers – over the past 30 years and we look forward to the future years to come!
