Regional Committee members gathered in Atherton Queensland for a transformative three-day training on the 12th September. Hosted by QLD State Council Chair Joan Comino and led by Kairos COO Deb Poulton. The event focused on deepening understanding of the foundational principles of Kairos, including its Vision, Mission, Code of Conduct, and Core Values.
The training concluded with a planning session on the way forward with participants modelling respectful listening – a core trait of Kairos. Thanks to all involved for making it such a great session.
